How long is the wait line?
In general that varies nightly. The closer we get to Halloween, the longer the lines will get. But don't worry, we will keep you on your toes there too.
How long does it take to go through The 13th Realm?
That depends on you, and other factors as well. Once you enter the haunt, you go through at your own pace. So the length of time it takes will vary from group to group. On average it takes around 30, to 45 minutes.
Do you offer a discounted rate for children?
No, The 13th Realm is recommended for adults and teens, but younger children may come if parents choose to bring them. There are no refunds if you can not complete the haunt. There are may exits if you need to escape quickly.
Is The 13th Realm wheelchair accessible?
The 13th Realm is mostly an out door haunt, but you will travel through many buildings and tunnels with tight narrow spaces. There may be many areas both indoor and out that are just to difficult for a wheelchair to pass. But the Minion's Lair is a great place to hang out. There you can enjoy grand bonfires, full concessions, chilling horror movies, and often times a wayward monster or two... or three or....
Does your attraction have security?
Yes, The 13th Realm uses Carroll County Police Officers.
Is flash photography allowed?
No photography of any kind is allowed once you have entered the haunt itself . You may however find a wandering monster before you enter that will most likely strike a pose for pictures.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. And it is not allowed on the property. If you are caught with it, you may be asked to leave immediately. Without refund.
Can we be forced to leave the park for any reason?
Yes! We will not tolerate foul language, pushing, damaging property, props, or sets. No weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc.
If its to scary, can I get my money back?
Ummm....No! Thats what you paid us to do, if you can't make it past the waiting line, then we have already done our job.
Can the monsters touch us?
The monsters at The 13th Realm will not touch you, however they will get very close, and you may occasionally brush up against their costumes, props, or set.
Do you use strobe lights?
Yes, as well as fog machines, laser lights, black lights, along with some seriously bumping sound equipment. But there are always ways to escape if you can't handle it.
What should I wear?
Do not wear flip flops or open toed shoes, dress accordingly, you will be running for your life in all types of indoor and outdoor terrain.
Please forgive us for the inconvenience but unfortunately at this time we are still unable to accept credit/debit cards. Because of our remote location we do not have access to fiber optic internet service and If you have ever visited us you know that cellular signal is spotty at best. We have attempted cellular card readers only to be left disappointed after continuous drops which then leaves you frustrated and angry and that’s no way to start your night.
